In September 2012, Petro Chem Technologies was contracted to develop an improved system for inventory and measurement of fuel in Afghanistan following an announcement by the Secretary of Defense of significant missing fuel records for the Afghan Army. PCT provided a total of 400 mobile tactical fueling carts supplied, built and air-delivered in an extremely aggressive time frame of just 8 months.
